Corrigendum dated August 29, 2024 Corrigendum dated August 22, 2024 The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on August 09, 2024 at 11.30 A.M at Estate office, MRO. Three firms had participated in the meeting. The list of participants is provided in the annexure. 2. However, if due to water filling in pit during flood/ flood like situation, any replacement may be on chargeable basis on submission of relevant rain data and documents to the Bank. | 3. a) These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers. b) Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. c) Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
