Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), Central Office, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), 20th Floor, Central Office Building, Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 invites bids through e-Tendering process from eligible, reputed printers located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Navi Mumbai for Printing, Dispatch and Delivery of Bank’s Diaries, 2025 - Empanelment for the three years 2025-2027 and inviting Price bid for diary for the year 2025 by HRMD, RBI, Central Office, Mumbai. The panel may be extended for one more year, which is solely based on the Bank’s discretion. Printers intending to participate in the tendering process should submit bids online as per the Tender document which may be downloaded from RBI website (https://rbi.org.in) or MSTC website (http://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/RBI). The tender document shall not be issued by any other means under any circumstances whatsoever. Corrigenda or clarifications, if any, shall be hosted on the above-mentioned websites only.

Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders, either in whole or in part, without assigning any reasons therefor.
