A Pre-bid meeting was conducted at 11.00 am on September 13, 2024 with respect to the captioned tender no. RBI/PD-Central Office Departments/Others/20/24-25/ET/432. List of participants are indicated in Annex. The meeting was conducted in presence of Shri Pramod Phalnikar and Shri Nageshwar Rao, Independent External Monitors (IEM).

Firms needs to submit the documents and detailed technical specifications meeting the technical specifications of approved make in case of equivalent make is considered by the firms. Bank has right to reject the material in case of not meeting the specification.
All other terms and conditions, specifications etc. as mentioned in the tender shall remain the same.
