Minutes of Pre-bid meeting

1. This is a limited tender. Only those bidders/vendors who are empanelled under “General electrical works including repairs, renovations works viz. Rewiring, cabling, metal panel works, electrical motors/pumps etc.” category are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders are advised to check with RBI, Bhopal regarding their eligibility for this tender before participating. The work is estimated to cost ₹4.80 lakh including all taxes and is to be completed within 90 days.

2. Tender documents will be available free of cost during office hours from September 19, 2024 to October 09, 2024 at Estate Department, 5th Floor, Main Office Building of the Bank.

3. The duly filled Tender documents (Techno-commercial) in a separate sealed cover must be submitted in a sealed cover addressed to Ms. Rekha Chandanaveli, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal latest by 2:00 PM on October 21, 2024. The sealed cover should be superscribed “Electrical Renovation of 04 nos. Class III Flats and 01 Combo Flat (C 83-84) at Reserve Bank’s Staff Quarters (Avantika), Char Imli, Bhopal”.

4. Submit the tender documents in the quotation/tender box kept at the reception counter of Reserve Bank of India Office, Bhopal.

5. The Tender (Technical Bid & Price Bid) will be opened on October 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the presence of the authorized representatives of the firm.

6. Please note that all the pages of the Tender documents should be signed and stamped by you. All figures should be written clearly in figures and letters. While filling up the Tender documents, please do not use different types of ink, signatures of different persons, overwriting, cutting, corrections, additional noting etc., which may lead to rejection of the Tender Form.

7. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest price tender and reserves the right to accept any tender in whole or in part or to reject all the tender documents without assigning any reason.
