The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender (e-Tender no. RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/Estate/21/24-25/ET/411) was held at Estate Department, RBI Kolkata on October 07, 2024 at 15:00 hrs in the Conference Hall, Estate Department, 3rd Floor, Main Office Premise, RBI, Kolkata. 2. The list of participants of the Pre-Bid meeting is attached as Annex I. 3. All the queries were clarified by the Bank to the satisfaction of the vendors. 4. Regarding the gardeners to be deployed at the colonies, it was clarified that the gardeners should be semi-skilled and all the firms may quote their rate accordingly. 5. It was also clarified that the firms may quote the rates of various seasonal plants as mentioned at Annex F of the tender document. 6. It has also been clarified that vendors have to mandatorily submit Workmen Compensation Policy and Contractor’s All Risk Policy. 7. All the other terms and conditions of the tender will remain same.
