Extension of Last Date for Submission

The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted by Estate Department, at Conference Hall, Main Office Building on October 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM in presence of the following:

For Reserve Bank of India:

2. Shri. RK Khandelwal, Assistant Manager (Tech-Electrical)

3. Shri. Venkatesh Nayakanti, Assistant Manager (Estate)

Tenderers:

1. Shri. Salman R Mishra from M/s Multi deal Corporation

2. Smt. Kavita K from M/s Advance Refrigeration Engg

3. Shri. Azhar Khan from M/s MK Enterprises

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows:

Query: Whether a 1.8 TR AC is acceptable in place of 2TR AC?

Clarification: 1.8 TR is not acceptable, supply only 2 TR ACs as mentioned in the tender document.

Query: is it essential that 500 feet of refrigerant copper pipes have to be supplied?

Clarification: Yes, the bidders should supply 500 feet of refrigerant copper pipes other than default pipes.

All the vendors are advised to provide MSTC reference numbers and also advised to register themselves in MSTC to participate in the tender, if not registered. Minutes of the pre bid meeting will be part of the tender document and all other terms and conditions remain same.
