Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati invites sealed quotations for the above-mentioned work. The quotation documents can be downloaded/ viewed from 12:00 Hours on October 31, 2024 from RBI website at www.rbi.org.in. The estimated cost of the work is ₹3.71 Lakh.

2. Your sealed quotation, duly filled-in and signed should be addressed to “THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Guwahati” and super scribed for “Installation of Automatic Sprinkler System for Two-Wheeler Parking Area in Bank’s Main Office Premises, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati”. You may also send your quotation though email to estateguwahati@rbi.org.in in password protected format only. In such case, a separate email will be sent to you for opening the quotation after the closure of bid-submission date & time.

3. The last date for submission of quotation is November 07, 2024 up-to 14:00 Hours. Quotation submitted after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. Please note that the rates quoted by you should be inclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes & charges.

4. You are advised to submit the quotation in the attached format only. Quotations submitted in any other format will not be accepted by the Bank.

5. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this quotation shall be uploaded on the website only.

6. Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations, either in whole or in part, without assigning any reasons for doing so.
