2. Bank’s clarifications regarding queries raised by the vendor/s and the list of participants are provided in the annexure.
3. i) These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers.
ii) Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same.
iii) Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
