In this connection, a ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ for the captioned work was conducted as per schedule at 11:00 AM on December 02, 2024 in ‘Gyanshila Kaksha’ Ground Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Patna. In this regard, a Corrigendum cum Minutes of the Meeting is issued as per below details. Further, it was reiterated that, since the tender is based on QCBS model, L1 bidder will be decided as per procedure mentioned in Section 3 of the RFP document. | | 2. | Does the architect also have to submit the estimated cost of the entire project on the day of Design Competition? | It was clarified that on the day of Design Competition, Architects have to submit their Design as contained in Section 2: “Scope and Architect’s Brief” of RFP document. | | 3. | It would be better if the Bank provides the following documents:

b) Layout of Existing Structure

Overall Project Cost or Architect Fess. | It was clarified that Architects have to submit their consultancy fees (lump sum) in Unpriced BOQ (Part II). | | 5. | It is requested that more time, preferably 10 days more may be given for the Design Competition. | Keeping in view the area of the site and sensitivity of the Project, extra 05 days, cumulatively 15 days, may be given for Design Competition. Accordingly, revised date for Design Competition has been rescheduled as December 17, 2024 (Tuesday).

These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement. -
Rest of the Terms and condition and specifications of bid document shall continue to remain same. -
