The meeting was observed by Shri Pramod Shripad Phalnikar, IPS (Retd.) who has been appointed as the Independent External Monitor (IEM) for Reserve Bank of India. The queries raised by the vendor participants on the captioned tender document were addressed satisfactorily. Accordingly, the response to the pre-bid queries and clarification on Bill of Material for passive components is uploaded on the MSTC portal website.
