Corrigendum A pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender issued on January 16, 2025 was held on January 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Chenab conference room, College of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, Pune. The meeting was chaired by Shri Girdhari Lal, Assistant General Manager, RBI and attended by Shri Thejaswi K V, AM, Shri Subodh Kumar, AM and Nilesh Gorakh Godage, Assistant from RBI, CAB Pune. Shri Girdhari Lal, Assistant General Manager welcomed the participants and initiated the discussion on the tender documents. He invited the participants to raise any queries on the tender floated. The queries raised by the participants during the meeting are listed below: Table - 2 Sr No | Queries by the vendors | Clarification | 1. | Whether the manpower deployment is 24*7 | Yes. 02 Firemen and 01 Fire Supervisor has to be deployed in each shift every day. Total 03 Shifts in a day as per the duty timings mentioned below: Morning Shift : 06:00 hours to 14:00 hours Afternoon Shift : 14:00 hours to 22:00 hours Night shift : 22:00 hours to 06:00 hours Further, One Fire Advisor should be deployed in in the general Shift (0930 Hrs – 1745 Hrs) from Monday to Saturday. | 2. | Is there any alternative option available on the deployment of Fire Advisor in terms of Qualification and Experience? | Fire Consultant/Advisor should be a retired Fire Officer (not below the rank of Asst. Station Officer) from State Fire Department. Age should not be more than 65 Years. The duties of the fire advisor are to oversee the fire safety activities at the Bank, liaise with local Fire Department, Police Authorities and Municipal authorities or any other state Government agency as desired by the Bank, advise the Bank on latest developments/information on fire safety and any other work as mentioned in the tender document | 3. | Whether the tender is only for manpower deployment or whether maintenance activities are included. | The detailed scope of work is mentioned in the tender document that includes manpower deployment, maintenance of fire equipment’s, servicing of all type of fire extinguishers, carrying out all Fire related audits and any other work as specified in tender document. | 4. | Do we require labour licence | Copy of license issued by the Regional Labour Commissioner, Office of the Regional labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India has to be submitted. | 5. | What is the minimum wages to be quoted? | The rates/wages should be latest and in conformity to Minimum Wages Act 1948 for Wages of Fire Supervisor is considered equivalent to wages specified for employees employed in Watch and Ward (with arms) and Wages of Firemen is considered equivalent to wages specified for employees employed in Watch and Ward (without arms) as published by Central Government or State Government whichever is higher will be applicable. | 6. | How the Service charge is to be quoted? | The intending bidders are required to quote their Service Charge (B %) as in Table Price Bid Format 1. Quotations received in any other format will be summarily rejected. Quotation service charge as zero will not be accepted. For Example: - If the Bidder wants to quote 15% as Service charge (including all costs except GST) on fixed amount, then he will quote only 15 in the respective field of price bid at MSTC website | The meeting concluded with vote of thanks. | |
