Name of work - e-Tender for providing services of Private Security Guards (armed and unarmed) and Security Supervisors at Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun With reference to the above, an offline pre-bid meeting was conducted on February 10, at 03:00 PM in the Bank’s Dehradun Office Premises. i. During the pre-bid meeting the representatives requested that the clarifications/answers to their queries may preferably be given in Hindi. No. 4 and 5 of Part II – Price Bid of the Tender Document, shall be ₹75.00 each. Accordingly, the evaluation of submitted bids will be done after adjusting the above-mentioned amount in the total cost of labour mentioned in the tender document. | 3. | The meaning of para 19 indicated on page 30 of the tender document. | It was clarified that the participants should revisit the above para in the light of para 12 indicated on page 19 of the tender document and submit their bids accordingly. | 4. | With reference to Serial No. 15 of Part II – Price Bid of the Tender Document, it was pointed out by the participants that the tenders issued by the Central Government on the GeM portal etc. mentions the minimum service charge but why it is not mentioned in the said tender. | It was stated that this tender document has been prepared to promote competition in the light of the extant guidelines as per the requirements of the Bank. The said serial no. 15 of Part II is inclusive of three components viz., Service Charge, Profit & Overheads. Further, it was also stated that the bids having ‘zero’ amount towards this serial no. will be outrightly rejected. | 5. | With reference to para 86 indicated on page 39 of the tender document, who would lodge an FIR with the police. | The participants should revisit the said para and submit their bid accordingly. | 6. | The Meaning of para 55 indicated on page 36 of the tender document. | The participants should revisit para 55 indicated on page 36 of the tender document, the contents of which are self-explanatory. | 7. | The Meaning of paras 3 and 4 indicated on page 45 of the tender document. | It was clarified that the participants should revisit para 3 and 4 indicated on page 45 in the light of para 16 indicated on page 29, para 21 indicated on page 30, para 32 indicated on page 32, para 87 indicated on page 39, serial number 4 of para-B of Part VI and other guidelines of the tender document and submit the bid accordingly. | Note: -
The representatives attending the pre-bid meeting were informed to submit the bids as per the tender guidelines and Schedule of Tender. It was also informed that any change in the terms and conditions of the tender by them will not be accepted by the Bank and they will have to fully follow the extant guidelines relating to the said work. -
This document will be an integral part of the e-tender, all other parts of the e-tender shall remain unchanged, and submission of bids will be treated as per the tender document and amendments/clarifications (if any).
