Civil Modifications to and Interior Renovation of the Annex Building of RBI for Reorganization of it’s Office Space at C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Sealed Tenders are invited in two Parts for ‘Civil Modifications to and Interior Renovation of the Annex Building of Reserve Bank of India for Reorganization of it’s Office Space’ at C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400 614

The estimated cost of work is Rs. 38.00 lakh and is to be completed within 90 calendar days from 10th day after the written order to commence the work is issued.

2. The Tender document can be collected from Reserve Bank of India, Estate Cell, Belapur, Navi Mumbai from October 17, 2016 to November 04, 2016 between 10.30AM to 05.00 PM on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One thousand only). It can also be downloaded from Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in in ‘Tender’ section under ‘More Links’. Those who download the tender document from Bank’s website , will have to pay Rs.1000/- (Rs. One thousand only) by way of DD/PO drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India issued by a scheduled bank towards the cost of the tender and the tenderer may submit the DD latest by 3.00PM on November 01, 2016. Tender document will not be accepted if the DD/PO amount of Rs.1000/- is not attached/found along with Part-1 of the Tender.

3. The tender should be submitted in two parts in duplicate in separate sealed envelopes, super scribed as “Tender for “Civil Modifications to and Interior Renovation of the Annex Building of Reserve Bank of India for Reorganization of it’s Office Space” at C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400 614 and addressed to “ The Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Estate cell, Plot No. 3, Sector 10, H.H. Nirmaladevi Marg, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, 400 614 and should reach to office on or before 15.00 hours on November 07, 2016

4. Before submission of tender, the tenderer may inspect the site in person on any working day from Monday to Friday between 10.30 A.M. and 5.30 P.M. for clarification if any on the tender drawings/specifications pertaining to work.

5. The Bank may obtain reports on the past performance of the tenderer from his clients and bankers. The Bank shall evaluate the said reports before opening of the Part- II of the tenders. If any tenderer is not found to possess the required eligibility for participating in the tendering process at any point of time and/or his performance reports received from his clients and/or his bankers report are found unsatisfactory, the Bank reserves the right to reject his offer even after opening of Part-I of the tender and EMD shall be returned back to him as it is. The Bank is not bound to assign any reason for doing so.

6. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason therefore.

7. The tender of Part I shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to be present at 16.00 hours on November 07, 2016 and Price bid (Part II) of such of those tenders who are found eligible after scrutiny of their Part I of the tenders will be opened on a subsequent working day which will be intimated to all the eligible tenderers.

8. Only those Bank’s enlisted contractors registered under category 36 “All other civil works above Rs.25 Lakh and up to Rs.50 lakh” (Page No.125 to 128) enlisted by Mumbai Estate office need to apply.
