(RBI/Belapur Regional office/Estate/1/25-26/ET/18[Renovation of SBS Area-Belapur]) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on April 07, 2025, at 15:00 Hrs. One firm participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-I. 2. AGM (Estate) in her inaugural address welcomed the representatives of the firms and briefed the forum about the captioned work. Thereafter the queries of the firms were taken-up for discussion. 3. ii) It was clarified that as per clause 31 of the Tender Document, the successful bidder has to submit following documents before start of the work. - Contractor’s All Risk Policy including Fire Risk (Separately Included), Earthquake Risk, Storm Risk, etc.
- Workmen compensation policy. (The minimum limit of the coverage under the policy shall be Rs.5 lakhs per person for any one accident or occurrence and Rs.10 lakhs in respect of damage to property for any one accident or occurrence)
- Third Party Liability
iii) It was clarified that as per Clause 7 of the Tender Document, - No Interim Payment shall be made for this work.
- Payment shall only be reckoned for the finished product reaching at site.
- No secured advance shall be considered for material procured.
| 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document and Agreement/ Contract. 5. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 6. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action of all the intending bidders. 7. The submission of bids by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
