Permissible Built-Up Area (BUA) = 26750.9 sqmt or as per the Local Byelaws Indicative No. of Flats = 200 Grade C/B type Officer's flats (tentative no. required = 150)
Grade A type Officer's flats (tentative no. required = 50)
Architect has to prepare the concept plan utilizing the full FSI (Floor Space Index) permissible as per applicable Byelaws for the said plot, taking into consideration the proportion of the Grade C/B type Officer's flats & Grade A type Officer's flats as 3:1.
The Built-Up Area (BUA) shall be based on the full FSI permissible for the said plot, as per applicable Byelaws.
