Reserve Bank of India, Chennai invites sealed tenders (two parts) for the work – ‘Tender for Conducting Electrical Safety Audit of Bank's Office Building at Chennai. 2. Part-I of the tender shall contain the Bank's tender document, tenderers covering letter, tenderers additional conditions, if any and be sealed in one cover, super scribing "Part–I Electrical Safety Audit of Bank's Office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai’. 3. Part-II of tender shall contain no conditions but only tenderers priced bid (Bill of Quantity) and be sealed in a separate cover, super scribing "Part-II Electrical Safety Audit of Bank's Office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai”. Both these sealed covers shall further be sealed in another envelope addressed by name to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Chennai and the same shall be dropped in the Quotation Box placed at Estate Department not later than 14:00 hours on June 26, 2025. 4. However, Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are exempted from submission of EMD amount at the time of submission of tender subject to submission of Udyam Registration certificate (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum). However, EMD shall be submitted by these vendors, if the work is awarded to them. This EMD will be returned after completion of audit and submission of final report.
