Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Corrigendum E-tender no: RBI/Guwahati/HRMD/3/25-26/ET/152 Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati, (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) invites e-tenders under Two Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) from eligible chemists / stockists/ druggists (hereinafter refer to as ‘Vendor’) for Supply of Drugs and Medicines to Bank Dispensaries and doorstep delivery of medicines to the Serving / Retired employees and their eligible dependents residing in the state of Assam against credit slips issued by the Dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati during the period from July 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The expected procurement value during the contract is ₹1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakh only). 2. The tendering shall be done through e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. Online tender will be available for viewing / downloading from May 30, 2025, 11:00 a.m. onwards at RBI website: www.rbi.org.in and MSTC e-portal at https://mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The vendors should upload duly completed applications along with necessary enclosures on MSTC website on or before 11:00 am of June 20, 2025. Vendors shall submit tender proposal along with EMD of ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) as prescribed in the tender document. The technical bid will be opened electronically at 3:00 pm on June 20, 2025 at RBI, Guwahati. Financial bid of only those tenderers who are found to be eligible on evaluation of their Part I documents and subsequent visit to their site, if any, will be opened on a later date, after intimating the qualified vendors. 3. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. 4. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only. The tenderer should regularly check the above website / e-portal for any Amendment / Corrigendum / Clarification on the above website and submit the bid after verification of the same. 5.
