Extension of Last Date for Submission Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting E-Tender No. - RBI/Nagpur Regional Office/Estate/3/25-26/ET/47 [IFMS at Nagpur] A reference is invited to the tender ref no - RBI/ Nagpur Regional Office/Estate/3/25-26/ET/47 which was uploaded / floated under “Tenders” link of RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) and advertised in newspapers, both on May 06, 2025. 2. In the above context, it is informed that in Part II – Price Bid of the tender, the description of Sr No. 1 has been revised as under: | Sr No. | Description | Revised Description | | 1. | Percentage of Overhead and administrative Charges (OAC) for Integrated Facility Management Service for deputing required manpower as described in the detailed scope mentioned in Part- I of the tender and as detailed by the Bank’s Engineer. Repetition of the same for more than two instances, an additional penalty of ₹2000.00 per day over and above twice the amount of minimum wages of total number of absentees shall be imposed. | | (ix) | Failure to comply with applicable statutory laws like non-payment of wages within prescribed timelines, payment of wages less than minimum wages, non-payment of EPF, ESI etc. | ₹5,000.00 per instance shall be imposed. For repetition of the same, the Bank may consider termination of the contract with the Vendor.
