Event No. - RBI/Mumbai Regional Office/HRMD/1/25-26/ET/137 The pre-bid meeting of the captioned e-Tender was held on June 06, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The meeting was conducted offline at Bank’s premises and was attended by four prospective bidders. Shri Subhan Basha D.B., AGM, CES presided over the meeting. The list of participants is given in Annex. 2. At the outset, the AGM welcomed the participants and briefly explained the various aspects of the tender process and Bank’s requirements. The participants were advised to go through the tender document thoroughly before submitting the tender online and to comply with the guidelines and terms and conditions mentioned therein. The bidders were also requested not to wait till the last date for submitting the technical bids and price bids to avoid any last-minute glitches. Thereafter, he invited queries from the prospective bidders. 3. The major queries put forth by the prospective bidders and the clarification provided are tabulated below: | Sl. No. | Queries | Clarification | | 1. | The participated bidders except one opined that the amount for which the banker’s certificate to be obtained by them is very high and requested that the same may be relaxed. | The bidders were advised that all the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the tender document shall be fulfilled. | | 2. | The bidders enquired whether it is required for them to submit no conviction certificates in respect of all their pharmacies across Maharashtra. | Bidders were advised to submit the No Conviction Certificates in respect of their major pharmacies and furnish an affidavit in respect of others. | 4. The above clarifications are issued for the information of intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the tender document / agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the tender document and corrigendum issued, if any, shall continue to remain the same. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the bidders. Submission of bids shall be construed to be in conformity with the bid document and the above clarifications. 5. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks to the Chair.
