Following a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the e-tender, one of the representatives requested to reduce the pre-qualification criteria requirement of “Minimum Annual Turnover” from 100% to 30% of the estimated cost which was not accepted. Thus, there shall be no change in the requirement of “Minimum Annual Turnover”. 3. Further, prospective tenderers were advised to go through the tender document and the tentative scope of work in entirety and contact MSTC personnel for any technical issues regarding registration, bidding etc. on the MSTC portal (https://mstcecommerce.com). 4.
