Cancellation of Tender The pre-bid meeting for the e-tender for Supply of Drugs and Medicines to Bank Dispensaries and doorstep delivery to the Retired/Serving employees/ eligible dependents against credit slips issued by the Dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad (E-tender no. RBI/Hyderabad RO/HRMD/2/25-26/ET/186) was held on June 19, 2025, at 15:00 hrs in the Main Office Dispensary, Annex Building, RBI, Hyderabad. At the outset, the AGM welcomed the participants and briefly explained various aspects of the e-Tender and Bank’s requirements, which needs to be considered while placing the bids. 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the tender document / agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. 5. The participants were advised to comply with the guidelines and terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender documents. The participants were also advised to quote their respective bids at the earliest to avoid any last-minute technical issues. 6. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks. | |
