Corrigendum dated July 21, 2025 Corrigendum dated July 14, 2025 RBI/Belapur Regional office/Estate/5/25-26/ET/163[DSITC of Bollard System at PDC] The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on July 01, 2025, at 16:00 Hrs. Two firms participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-I. 2. DGM (Tech.), in his inaugural address, welcomed the representatives of the firms and briefed the forum about the captioned work. Thereafter the queries of the firms present were taken-up for discussion. 3. Further, the queries received from M/s Swaraj Secutech vide their email dated July 02, 2025 have been also included in the Pre-Bid meeting minutes. 4. 2.0 SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:

It was clarified that in addition to tender requirement, both internal and external hydraulic power unit is acceptable.
It was clarified that all the enclosures erected at site (internal / external) for installation of equipment and operation of the bollards shall be weather & corrosion resistant and shall be IP 66 rated to prevent water & dust ingression.
It was clarified that in addition to tender requirement, both internal and external hydraulic power units with hand pump to raise / lower the bollards manually are acceptable. | 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document and Agreement/ Contract. 5. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 6. The bidders are advised to visit the site location, carefully examine and fully understand the scope, specifications, and requirements of the work before preparing and submitting the quotation. 7. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action of all the intending bidders. 8. The submission of bids by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
