Extension of Last Date of Submission of Bid Addendum RBI/Chandigarh Regional Office/Estate/5/25-26/ET/113 Pre-bid meeting of the captioned tender was held at 11:00 AM on July 01, 2025 in Estate Department, RBI Chandigarh. The meeting was chaired by DGM, Estate Department. The list of participants of the said meeting is provided in Annex I. 2. Following queries were raised by the firm in the pre-bid meeting which were answered and resolved: - S. The contractor may include the cost of premiums in their calculations while quoting Contractor’s profit. | 3 | M/s BVG India Limited | Wages above Rs. 21000/- is not eligible for ESI, but service provider needs to do the medical insurance of such manpower. Therefore, firm has requested to incorporate 3.25% of Rs. 21000/- as insurance premium for such workers. | Since, it is not a statutory requirement, medical insurance of such manpower will be borne by contractor only. The contractor may include the cost of premiums in their calculations while quoting Contractor’s profit | 4 | M/s BVG India Limited | Firm raised the query regarding submission of PBG @5% of contract value. Also the service charge is @5%. Therefore, firm requested to reduce the PBG to 2.5% of contract value. | Vendor has to submit PBG of 5% of contract amount. However, vendor have the option of depositing amount equivalent to PBG through online mode (NEFT) directly to RBI. Account details are mentioned in tender document. | 5 | M/s BVG India Limited | Firm raised the query regarding ‘Client’s certificate regarding performance of contractor’ given in Annex III of the tender document. Firm requested the bank to accept the work completion certificate in the format issued by client. | Work completion certificate in a format issued by clients shall be acceptable if the certificate contains comments regarding performance of the contractor for the specific works. The same should be duly attested by the concerned Executive Engineer or a competent authority in an equivalent or higher rank under their sign and seal. | 6 | M/s Tiwari & Co. | Firm clarified that it does not have experience in integrated facility management services. Their past experiences documentation includes separate work orders for different works. | The firm should have experience of atleast the following services collectively in a single work order for it to be considered equivalent to Integrated Facility Management Services: - Plumbing,

Any additional material (apart from the material as mentioned in tender document & Annexe VIII (An indicative list of the Consumables to be used by the Successful Bidder) required for repair / replacement / maintenance of the plumbing / carpentry / electrical work will be purchased by firm only with the prior approval of Bank’s authorised person and the firm will be reimbursed for the same after providing actual bill of supplies. | 9 | M/s Sterling & Wilson | Firm has raised query seeking clarification on whether the firm will have to maintain the existing indoor and outdoor plants? | Yes, the maintenance of plants i.e. providing water, change of soil, spray of pesticides etc. comes under the scope of work of tender. Further the replacement of dead plants with fresh ones has to be done without any extra cost. The same has been mentioned at para 5 of page no. 28 of the tender document. | 3. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks to the chair. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document. 5. All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain same. 6. The above clarification is issued for the information of all the intending bidders. 7. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications given above.
