The details of the queries raised by the bidders and the clarifications/comments of the Bank are given below: | Sr. No. | Questions / Queries | Clarification given by the Bank | | 1. | If there is an increase in the minimum wage rate under the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970, how will it be paid? | Whenever there is a change in the minimum wage rates under the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act, 1970, the payment will be made on the basis of the changed rates. | | 2. | Whether the rate quoted is inclusive of GST or not? | Quotation to be entered by the tenderers in MSTC portal will be without GST and the portal will auto calculate final quotation with GST. | | 3. | Whether the EMD is exempted for the MSME Vendor? | No exemption to the MSME vendor as the estimated cost of the contract is more than 10 Lakh. | | 4. | Tenderer raised queries regarding the frequency of cleaning, cleaning material to be provided, Pest Control, Fogging, Sofa and Chair Cleaning, Disposal of garbage and deployment of required manpower. | All the queries raised by the tenderer have been clarified/resolved as per details given in “Scope of Work” of the tender document. | The above-mentioned clarifications are issued for information of all the intending tenderers.
