Reserve Bank of India invites Expression of Interest (EOI) in sealed cover for acquiring land/premises (with or without constructed structure of up to 3000 sqm built-up area and minimum land area of approximately 3500 sqm for plot/s) for its proposed office building and residential complexes respectively (Bank may consider one or more property for its use at different locations). The property/ies should be located in Shimla within an approximate radius of 5 km from “Ridge” on Mall Road, Shimla / State Government Secretariat, Chotta Shimla with adequate road access.

The Detailed EOI document can be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under “Tenders” from 10:00 am on February 20, 2017 till 4:00 pm on March 14, 2017. The completed EOI document in a sealed cover superscribed with “EOI for offer of land/premises for RBI, Shimla” along with certified true copies of documents/credentials like clear marketable titles, etc., as mentioned therein should be submitted latest by 4:00 pm on March 14, 2017 to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, 40 SDA Complex, Basement – I, Kasumpti, Shimla – 171009.

The EOI document will be opened at 4:30 pm on March 14, 2017 at the above office in the presence of offerers who chose to be present. Offers from brokers will not be entertained and no brokerage will be payable by the Bank.

Preference will be given to the property offered by Public Sector Banks/Public Sector Undertakings or Government Departments, provided the same are as per Bank’s requirement. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EOI offers without assigning any reason therefor. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the offer.
