Online Tenders in two parts through E-Tendering process are invited for awarding Comprehensive e-Tender for Providing Services of Sniffer Dogs with Handlers at the Office Premises of Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun. The period of contract will be from April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The said contract may be renewed on annual basis for further period of two years i.e. 2026-27 (April to March) and 2027-28 (April to March) subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor during the year 2025-26 & 2026-27 and other terms and conditions detailed in the tender document and work is estimated to cost approx. ₹12,84,250/- for 12 months including all taxes. 2. Online tenders will be available for viewing/ downloading to all bidders from 03:00 PM on November 24, 2025, onwards. The Bidders who do not comply with the eligibility criteria and technical evaluation will not be considered for opening of their Part-II financial bid tender. 3. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with technical bid will not be considered for opening of Part-I of tender. The EMD paid by NEFT (with proof) shall be submitted through email – estatedehradun@rbi.org.in to reach us latest by 02:30 PM on January 02, 2026. 4. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on December 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. 5. All the documents mentioned in the tender document should be uploaded on MSTC site i.e., www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The same will be downloaded for evaluation by the Bank. 6. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders may be rejected by the Bank. 7. Part-I of the tenders will be opened on-line at 03:15 PM on January 02, 2026, in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders who choose to be present at the time of opening the Part I of the Tender. Part-II (Price bid) of the eligible bidders shall be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated to the bidders in advance. 8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
