E-tender No: RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/Estate/17/25-26/ET/640 In terms of E-Tender No. RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/Estate/17/25-26/ET/640 dated November 24, 2025 a pre-bid meeting was held at the Conference Room, Estate Department, 3rd floor, Reserve Bank of India, 15, N.S Road, Kolkata 700001 on December 02, 2025 at 11:00 Hrs. The meeting was attended by representatives of the prospective tenderer and following officials of the Bank | Sl. After completion of the DLP of 1 year from the date of virtual completion, for the due fulfilment of the terms and obligations of the NCAMC period, the successful tenderer shall furnish BG (Bank Guarantee) from any schedule Bank in the form prescribed by the Bank as per Annex towards Security Deposit as follows:
(i) an amount equal to 10% (Ten percent) of the Contract value (project work) valid for initial 4 years of NCAMC.
(ii) Two months before the expiry of the above BG, a new BG of an amount equal to 5% (Five percent) of the Contract value (project work) valid for remaining 5 years of NCAMC
Contract value is defined under para 3.10.3 (a) of the Tender | | 4 | Completion Period: SITC of DG Set in Bank’s main office building and Bank’s Annex building shall be completed within 50 days from the 10th day of the issue of work order. | It has been decided to extend the completion period from 50 days to 60 days. In reference to “PART II (unpriced Bid / Bill of Quantity)” of the Tender following points were clarified to the participants. a) Quantity mentioned for item no. 3 and 4 stands revised from 12 meters to 6 meters. Following the pre-bid meeting, a site visit was conducted for all the participants. 5. Further, the participants were advised to go through the tender document and the tentative scope of work in entirety. They were also advised to register on the MSTC portal (Version 3) at the earliest in order to participate in the e-tender and contact MSTC personnel for any technical issues regarding registration, bidding etc. on the MSTC portal (https://mstcecommerce.com). 5.
