Reserve Bank India, Guwahati invites applications for empanelment of vendors from Guwahati based firms/companies/agencies for inclusion in the Bank’s panel of vendors for supply of Stationery items, Computer consumables, Printed materials of (non-security) forms and registers and Rubber stamps. 2. The panel will remain valid for the period from April 01, 2026 till March 31, 2029 subject to satisfactory performance and annual review. The vendors which are currently empaneled or those who had applied earlier but could not get empaneled, may also apply afresh for re-empanelment. 3. Printed materials of (non-security) forms and registers. -
Rubber stamps 4. Documents containing detailed eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, application form and declaration are enclosed. The same can also be downloaded from Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in under the link “Tenders” from December 08, 2025. 5. Application form duly filled in with necessary particulars and documents enclosed in a sealed cover super scribed “Application for Empanelment of vendors for supply of Stationery items, Computer Consumables, Printing materials of (non-security) forms and registers and Rubber Stamps’ addressed to “The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati - 781001” may be submitted in the enquiry counter/Porta Cabin, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati – 781001 between 09:30 hours to 16:00 hours on all working days (Monday to Friday) till January 06, 2026. They are also advised to put signature and stamp on each page of the documents. 6. The Bank reserves the right to accept either in full or part of the applications. The Bank also reserves the right to reject any or all applications for being included in its approved list without assigning any reasons thereof. Regional Director
