A) Empanelment of Stationery & computer consumables Suppliers (2026-2029) Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur invites applications for Empanelment of vendors (from Nagpur city limits) for supply of i) Office stationery articles ii) Computer consumables (Printer/MFD Cartridges) iii) Printed materials (Registers/Forms/Visiting Cards, etc.) iv) Rubber stamps as per Bank’s requirements. B) Empanelment of Tailoring Firms (2026-2029) Further, Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur also invites applications for Empanelment of Tailoring Firms for stitching of liveries for Class IV employees. 2. The empanelment will be valid up to March 2029 subject to review thereof every year based on performance of the suppliers, on the same terms and conditions. 3. Documents containing detailed eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, application form and declaration can be downloaded from Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under the link “Tenders” from December 09, 2025 to December 29, 2025. Vendors/Tailoring Firms are advised to submit duly completed application form, along with declaration and copies of supporting documents. They are also advised to put signature and stamp on each page. 4. The sealed envelopes should be addressed to Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Main Office Building, Dr. Raghavendra Rao Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur – 440 001 superscripted by “Empanelment for supply of Computer Consumables and supply/printing of stationery - 2026-2029” and “Empanelment for Tailoring Firms - 2026-2029”. The applications should reach this office latest by 2:00 PM of December 29, 2025. Vendors, who are currently on the Bank’s Panel may apply afresh for empanelment. 5.
