Reserve Bank of India invites sealed quotations for the work “Illumination of Office building for Republic Day Celebration at RBI BKC office, Bandra, Mumbai” and should be addressed to, “Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Cell, BKC, C-7 Building, 3rd floor, Reserve Bank of India, BKC Office, Bandra East, Mumbai-400051”.

2. The captioned work is estimated to cost ₹3.06 lakhs (Rupees Three Lakh Six Thousand only).

3. The period of Illumination will be 03 days i.e.: 25th January 2026 to 27th January 2026. The said illumination work shall be completed and tested one day before the prescribed period.

4. The quotation in sealed cover shall be submitted/dropped in the tender box kept at the Estate Cell, BKC, Mumbai not later than 03:00 PM on December 31, 2025 super scribing “Quotation for Illumination of Office building for Republic Day Celebration at RBI BKC office, Bandra, Mumbai”. The quotation shall be submitted in sealed envelope containing proof of EMD (DD/NEFT), all commercial terms and conditions, valid MSE registration certificate in case of EMD exemption and price bid.

5. The tenderers shall pay as Earnest Money a sum of. ₹6,120/- (Rupees Six Thousand One Hundred And Twenty only) by DD/ NEFT. The EMD of the successful contractor will be held without any interest till the completion of the work and released along with final bill of payment after satisfactory completion of the contract. The EMDs of non-successful firms will be returned to them after award of contract to successful contractor. The last date of submission EMD is December 31, 2025 till 2:00 PM.

6. The quotation will be opened on December 31, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. onwards in the presence of contractor who choose to be present.

7. The Reserve Bank of India does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation and reserves to itself the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations, either in whole or in part, without assigning any reason therefor.

8. The rate should be valid for 03 months from the date of opening of sealed quotation.
