The captioned tender was published on December 05, 2025, through RBI website (www.rbi.org.in). In this connection, a ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ for the captioned tender was conducted as per schedule at 12:00 PM on December 11, 2025, at Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Patna.

iii) List of queries raised in the meeting and clarifications/comments thereof given by the Bank:

1. Site visit of proposed area was requested by the bidders so that they may assess the actual requirement. As requested, bidders were allowed to visit site for better assessment of work. They have visited the site along with AM (Tech. Civil) and assessed the work requirement.
2. What is the dimension of open terrace where work needs to be undertaken and proposed member size?  It was informed that required dimensions are mentioned at General and Scope of work section of the tender document. The same are mentioned as Specific Member Sizes (as per drawing): Columns (C1): SHS 400*200*12 mm. Main Members (MB1): RHS 400*200*10mm. Main Members (MB2): RHS 200*100*6mm. Truss Internal Members (MB3): RHS 122*61*4.5 mm.
3. What would be the method of lifting structure for maintenance purpose? It was clarified that mechanical method shall be used for lifting the structure. The same is also mentioned at item no. 2 of BOQ.
4. Kindly clarify the process of registration on MSTC Portal for participation in tendering. It was informed that the process of registration on MSTC Portal is explicitly mentioned at Section ‘C’ of the tender document.

  1. This minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Tender / bid document / Agreement.

  2. Rest of the Terms and condition and specifications of tender document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of application by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender document and amendments / clarifications given above.
