The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held at 10:30 AM on December 29, 2025 at Estate Department, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The meeting was attended by the following persons:

Representatives of the Bank

i. Shri Prem Shankar Konapala, AGM

ii. Shri Subhash Govind Pawar, Manager (T-E)

iii. Shri Subhra Sourav Rout, AM		 Representative of the bidders

i. Shri Sumanta Bhattacharjee, M/S Voltas

2. One vendor attended the captioned meeting. The query raised and clarification given by the Bank are follows.

1. Queries raised on the clause 'the compressor and VRV / VRF Outdoor make should be same having compressor motor as per OEM'. M/S Voltas requested to change the clause and permit to allow the use of compressor manufactured by other company as their company is not manufacturing any compressor. The compressor and VRV / VRF Outdoor make should be same having compressor motor as per OEM or equivalent.

3. Further, the bidder was advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendor was asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if he faces any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender.

4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representative of the firm:

  1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement.

  2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
