The pre-bid meeting for the above Tender was conducted online on December 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM through CISCO WebEx at Chennai Office. The session commenced with a detailed walkthrough of the financial bid proforma, emphasizing the mandatory inclusion of all applicable taxes and GST in quoted prices for both AMC and FMS components. Specific reference was made to the correction at Page No.32, Paragraph 7 (vi) of the tender document, which now explicitly states that all quoted prices must include "all applicable taxes including GST" (replacing the prior wording "except GST as applicable"). This amendment was formally communicated to all participants to ensure strict compliance with the updated tender requirements and to avoid ambiguity in bid submissions. Participants were apprised of the recent implementation of the Central Labour Codes by the Government of India, with explicit instructions on strict compliance with their provisions throughout the tender lifecycle. The meeting was attended by Officials from RBI, Chennai and representatives of Vendors. The list of participants is given in Annexure.
