Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as RBI), Human Resource Management Department, Bhopal invites e-tender in two parts (Part I & II) from eligible Companies / Firms / Agency for providing Housekeeping, Maintenance and Catering arrangement for Visiting Officers’ Flats (VOF) and Transit Holiday Home (THH) of Reserve Bank of India at its Char-Imli Staff Quarters, Avantika, Bhopal for the period from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2029. The initial contract will be valid for 12 months i.e. from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and will be renewed and extended on mutual terms and conditions on provision of satisfactory performance by the agency for a period of one year at a time (not more than two year). 2. This is an open tender. Only those firms, who are registered on MSTC portal will be able to take part in the Tender process.
