Extension of time for submission Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal invites applications for empanelment of firms/companies/agencies for providing security to Bank’s colonies and office. Only those firms/companies/agencies that fulfill the minimum conditions as prescribed in the tender forms will be considered for the contract. The tender forms in two parts, (technical bid and financial bid with details) can be obtained free of cost from the Protocol & Security Cell, Second floor of the Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal-462 011 on any working day between 10.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m from 17.04.2017 The tender forms and other details can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in. The Tender shall be prepared in two parts, i.e, technical bid and financial bid and submitted separately in sealed envelopes with proper marking as to Technical Bid and Financial Bid on the envelopes. Both the envelopes, kept in a separate envelope shall be super scribed "Empanelment of Firms/Companies for providing Security Guards on Contract Basis” to Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal and addressed to Assistant General Manager (P&S), P&S Cell, Second Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal-462 011 and dropped in the tender box kept in the Reception/enquiry office of the Bank on or before 5.00 p.m on 19.05.2017.
