Reserve Bank of India, Imphal invites tenders in two parts through e-tendering for ‘Providing Maintenance and Housekeeping Staff’ at the Office Premises of Reserve Bank of India, Imphal, for an initial period of one year (April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2027), extendable for two years, one year at a time, i.e. till March 31, 2029. The estimated cost of the work is ₹19 Lakhs (Rupees Nineteen Lakh only) per annum including GST. 2. This is an Open Tender. However, only those bidders/vendors, who are qualified for the work as per eligibility criteria stipulated in the tender, are eligible to participate in this tender. Further, only those firms, who are registered on MSTC portal will be able to take part in the Tender process. The tender document is available on website www.rbi.org.in for download. 3. All eligible and interested companies/agencies/firms must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above-mentioned website to participate in the e-tendering process. Bidders are advised to upload the documents at https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/ in support of their eligibility for the tender during the submission. 4. Online tenders will be allowed to be viewed /downloaded by interested firms from January 20, 2026 (18:00 Hrs. onwards). The firms which do not comply with the eligibility criteria and/or do not submit EMD by the stipulated date and time will not be considered for opening of Part-II of their tender. 5. Intending tenderers shall pay a sum of ₹38,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Eight Thousand Only) as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to be paid through NEFT/ Net banking only to Reserve Bank of India, Imphal. 6. Applicants intending to apply will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to reject their bids. E-tenders without EMD will not be accepted under any circumstances. 7. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 8. Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website and MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
