Printed Materials (Registers/Forms/Booklets/Rubber Stamps etc.) as per Bank’s specification. 2. The empanelment will be valid for the period from April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2029, subject to satisfactory performance and annual review undertaken by the bank and continuation in panel will be decided based on performance. 3. Documents containing detailed eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, application form and declaration are enclosed. The same can also be downloaded from Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in or https://website.rbi.org.in. Applicants are advised to submit duly completed application form and declaration along with copies of supporting documents. They are also advised to put signature and stamp on each page of the documents. 4. The sealed envelopes should be addressed to “The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, 27-37-158, Stalin Central, MG Road, Governorpet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 520002” superscripted by “Empanelment of Vendors for Supply of Office Stationery Items, Computer Consumables (Cartridges, Toners etc.), Printed Materials (Registers, Envelopes, Visiting Cards, etc) and Rubber Stamps etc. for RBI, APRO – Panel Year 2026 – 2029”. The applications should reach us on or before February 12, 2026, by 05.00 PM. 5. The Bank reserves the right to accept either in full or part of the applications. The Bank also reserves the right to reject any or all applications for being included in its approved list without assigning any reasons thereof. Regional Director
