In this connection, it is hereby informed that due to a technical error in updating the Bids on MSTC portal the tender is replaced with a new e-tender (RBI/Guwahati/Estate/11/25-26/ET/895) for the same work. 3. The bidders who have already deposited the EMD but could not submit their bids for the tender RBI/Guwahati/Estate/6/25-26/ET/686 will remain valid, and such bidders are advised to submit their bids through newly created e-tender (RBI/Guwahati/Estate/11/25-26/ET/895) on MSTC portal. All the bidders, who have not deposited EMD and were unable to submit their bids, may proceed to submit their bids through newly created e- tender on MSTC portal. 4.
