No | Query Raised by Bidder | RBI Clarification | | 1 | Whether there will be EMD exemption for MSMEs? | As mentioned in Section IV of the tender document, EMD shall be collected from all bidders. | | 2 | What are the GST rates for the services? | It was clarified that 18% of GST applicable for both services. | | 3 | Whether the Geographical area covered includes other states? | It was clarified that services shall be required across Karnataka state. | | 4 | Whether Toll/other charges are reimbursable? | As mentioned in Section IV of the tender document, the rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, cess or duties, other levies applicable, if any. | | 5 | Whether traffic penalties on trucks reimbursable? | It was clarified that as RBI vehicles shall carry official pass for movement. | | 6 | Whether there will be fuel charge revisions on the quoted rates? | As mentioned in Section IV of the tender document, the rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, cess or duties, other levies applicable, if any. | | 7 | Clarification on Recovery of overpayments. | Any extra payments made during the course of payment of bills under extraordinary circumstances are recoverable from future payments. | | 8 | Whether there will be change in BG amount for multiple vendors? | It was clarified that as mentioned in Section IV of the tender document, BG amount is based on individual contract value. | | 9 | What are the BG requirements for coin transport? | As mentioned in Section IV of the tender document, two BGs required: (i) contract performance, (ii) security for coin value. | | 10 | Whether there is any requirement of Pollution-compliant registration plates? | It was clarified that there is no such requirement. However, all state specific norms shall be required to be followed. | | 11 | What are the Vehicle size specifications? | It was clarified that the vehicle size shall be as per city traffic rules. | | 12 | Whether PSARA License is mandatory? | It was clarified that it is not mandatory. | Note: -
