Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two – Bid system (Part I - Technical Bid & Part II - Financial Bid) providing Maintenance, Housekeeping and Catering Services at Visiting Officers’ Flats (VOFs) at Bank’s Officers’ Quarters, Red Hills & Ameerpet and Transit Holiday Homes (THH) Medical Flats & vacant Single Room Accommodation (SRA) at Bank’s Staff Quarters, Begumpet, Hyderabad. The contract shall be valid initially for a period of April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and thereafter will be renewed for two more years, (one year at a time) subject to rates mutually agreed by both the parties and based on the performance of the contractor. 2.
