The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held at 11:00 AM on January 29, 2026 at VC Room, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to clarify the queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The meeting was attended by the following persons:

2. Seven vendors attended the captioned meeting. The queries raised and clarification provided by the Bank are as under.

Qualifying criteria: The intending tenderer must and have executed successfully similar work of supply and installation of Audio-Video equipment which shall include the supply of components like Amplifiers/ Transmitters/receivers/switches/projector/ displays etc. for office buildings/ Industrial Sector / commercial buildings etc. The similar work should have been completed on or before December 31, 2025, individually costing as under: The clause shall be read as:

Qualifying criteria: The intending tenderer must and have executed successfully similar work of supply and installation of Audio-Video equipment which shall include the supply of components like Amplifiers/ Transmitters/ receivers/ switches/ projector/ displays etc. for office buildings/ Industrial Sector / commercial buildings etc. The similar work should have been executed during the last five years and completed on or before December 31, 2025, individually costing as under:
2 Page No-95 Annexure-VII (i) List of similar works executed by the organization during the last 5 years (completed before December 31, 2020) The clause shall be read as:

Minimum 5-year Experience- List of similar works executed by the organization (works completed on or before December 31, 2020)
3 Page No-97 Annexure – IX (Clause 1) Defects Liability Period or warranty - Twenty-Four months from the date of Virtual Completion Certificate The clause shall be read as:

Defects Liability Period or warranty - Twelve months from the date of Virtual Completion Certificate

LED Display Size: 20 feet (width) X 6 feet (Height) = 120 Sq. feet 120 Sq. Feet LED Display Size with ± 2% shall be considered.

3. Further, the bidders were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendors were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issues while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender.

4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representatives of the firms:

  1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement.

  2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
