Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad, (hereinafter referred to “the Bank”) invites e-tenders under Two Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) from eligible tenderers for “Supply of Medicines to Bank’s Dispensaries in Ahmedabad and doorstep delivery of medicines through credit slips to the dispensaries, colonies and residence of serving employees/ retired employees and their eligible dependents in the State of Gujarat and Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu for the period from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The expected procurement value for Supply of Medicines to the Bank’s Dispensaries on Indent is ₹1,35,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Five Lakh only) and for doorstep delivery of medicines to the Retired/Serving employees/ eligible dependents against credit slips is ₹65,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Lakh Only). 2. Online tender will be available for viewing /downloading from February 16, 2026 at 11.00 am from RBI website: www.rbi.org.in and MSTC e-portal at https://mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The tenderers should upload duly completed applications along with necessary enclosures on MSTC website, as per instructions provided under Section III of the tender document. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with EMD of ₹4,00,000/- as prescribed in the tender document. The technical bid will be opened electronically at 12.00 pm on March 23, 2026 in RBI, Ahmedabad. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Financial bid of only those tenderers who are found to be eligible on evaluation of their Part I documents (Technical Bid) will be opened on a later date, after intimating the qualified tenderers. Tenders submitted only through the MSTC portal will be accepted for the tendering process. Tenders, if received after the said date and time, will not be accepted by the Bank. 3. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only. The tenderer should regularly check the above website / e-portal for any Amendment / Corrigendum / Clarification on the above website and submit the bid after verification of the same.
