The offline pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-Tender was held at 11:00 AM on February 13, 2026 (Friday) at Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Jammu.

3. The queries raised by the participant during the meeting and the clarification given by the Bank officials are presented below-

1 Whether taxi charges will be paid for both pick-up and drop of the Police Escort? The attention of the representative of intending bidder was invited to the Section IV (Payment and Taxes) of Tender document which clearly states as – “for taxi carrying police escort/ Banks personnel, to and fro charges shall be paid.”
2 Whether Registration certificates and National Permits are mandatorily required for all five (05) trucks? The attention of the representative of intending bidder was invited to the Section VI (List of documents to be submitted with the technical bid), which clearly states as – “Registration certificates and National Permits are required for all trucks (minimum Five, as per tender requirement), and the same needs to be uploaded on MSTC website.
