Shri. Haridas P G, AGM, welcomed the participants to the meeting and invited queries, if any, from the prospective bidders regarding the captioned tender. There was no specific query from the participants and Shri. Santhoshkumar P S, AGM-Technical, reiterated the tender conditions specified in the Tender document. 3. Contractors were advised to register themselves in MSTC portal well in advance prior to the start date of bidding. Further, they were advised that the documents mentioned in the tender should be uploaded in MSTC portal well before the last date of bidding to avoid any last-minute errors/rush. The vendor was also advised that the bidding shall be entered by downloading the excel sheet uploaded by Reserve Bank of India in the MSTC portal. 4. The meeting concluded at 11:30 AM.
