The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned Tender was held at 11:30 a.m. on February 16, 2026 at the Seminar Hall, RBSC, Chennai. The meeting was chaired by Shri A Jagadish, DGM (MoF) and the following officer of RBSC and representative of agencies/firms/company were present during the meeting:
2. There were queries raised in the pre-bid Meeting and email queries received from the various vendors, the responses to queries are as under
