The ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ for the captioned works was scheduled at 12.00 PM on February 17, 2026 at Estate department, 2nd Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru. No bidders were attended the same. However, M/s Swastik Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. raised the Following queries / issues were raised through mail for the pre-bid meeting. The response/ clarifications given by the Bank with respect to each of these queries / issues are as follows:

The Telephone technician should report to the office latest by 9.30 AM on all working days and should stay inside the premises till 05.30 PM. but not mentioned in scheduled item. Please refer the scope on Page no. 25 of the tender - The contractor must ensure availability of 4+1 (telephone) technicians and 2+1 (electrical cum telephone) helpers during working hours of office to attend works as instructed by Estate Department Engineers. During non-working hours, contractor must ensure availability of one electrician at all times to attend to any electrical issue/complaint at Main Office.
2 Page No. 42 Labour requirement mentioned in this tender Semi-Skilled & Skilled. please clarify category of Labour. Skilled - Please refer point 1 of Pg. 25 of tender - Diploma with 1 year experience or ITI with 5 years’ experience.

3 Day to day consumable material supply by RBI or Contractor please clarify. Please refer point 9 of Pg. 25 – Contractor shall supply all the electrical spares and consumables in case of replacement and Installation required for operation, maintenance & services and Bank will reimburse the same to the contractor.
4 The Contract is for a period 1 year + renewed for 2 year becomes applicable after 12 months of regular service. In this regard, we request to you kindly approve reimbursement of gratuity on actual disbursement basis, subject to submission of documentary proof. Please refer point 33 on Pg. 20 - As the arrangement is by way of Special Assignment on a contractual basis for a fixed period, the contractor and his service personnel shall not be eligible to receive any benefit like provident fund, Gratuity etc. from the Bank (RBI). Any such benefit, wherever payable, shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor and the quoted amount shall be inclusive of such benefits.
5 It is stated that, all worker shall be provided medical insurance is to be included in the quoted rated or will be reimbursed separately. No payments will be made other than quoted amount.

Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for information to all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document continue to remain unaltered. Submission of tenders shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications.
