Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal intends to dispose of its surplus residential leasehold properties situated at Teela Jamalpura, Bhopal. Expression of Interests (EoIs) are invited from interested parties. The properties are leased to the Reserve Bank of India by Madhya Pradesh Housing Board through two separate Lease Deeds, which are valid till April 2036. The property mentioned in each Lease Deed will be disposed of to a single entity only. The last date for submission of 'Expression of Interests (EoIs)' is up to 15:00 Hrs on March 22, 2026. A token amount of ₹1 lakh per EoI shall be deposited as interest-free Refundable Deposit (not as monetary commitment), which is purely a lumpsum amount but in no way connected to the value of the property. Each bidder shall submit their Financial Statement i.e. Asset and Liability Statement for the preceding Financial Year along with the Expression of Interest (EoI). Successful bidder shall deposit an amount equal to 25% of the bid amount through banking channel within 30 working days after issue of offer letter by the Reserve Bank of India. The particulars of the property, i.e. types of the residential units (flats), area, title of the property and taxes applicable on the property are detailed in Annex I.
