The same needs to be submitted before the start of the work by the successful bidder. However, solvency certificate should be submitted in the MSTC portal at the time of bidding. | | 5. | Whether the EMD amount submission is exempted for MSMEs? | MSMEs are not exempted from depositing EMD amount, as the tender value is more than ₹10 lakhs. | | 6. | Whether the laundry services will be taken care by Bank or the agency? | The laundry of linens, bedspreads, bedsheets, etc., should be handled by the agency and the service charges should be quoted accordingly. The agency is not required to manage laundry services for guests. | | 7. | With respect to catering, whether the occupants’ food bill amount will be reimbursed by the Bank? | No. The expense for the food items consumed by the guests shall be borne by the guests themselves. The menu and food rates for occupants will be mutually decided by the Bank and the successful bidder, post award of tender. | 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of prospective bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of bid document / Agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers.
