Extension of Last Date of Submission e-Tender No. - RBI/Hyderabad Regional Office/Estate/44/25-26/ET/986 As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held at 11.30 am on February 24, 2026 at VC Room, 1st floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad. 2. Representatives from five firms viz., M/s VSR Cooling Systems, M/s. Joy Engineering, M/s. ETA Engineering Pvt. Ltd, M/s. Toot MNE Tech. Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Voltas Limited participated in the pre-bid meeting. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the firms in detail. 3. Various queries were raised by the representatives of the firms in the meeting. All the doubts raised by the participants during the meeting were clarified up to their satisfaction. 4. It was clarified that Bidders should submit a recent ‘Solvency Certificate’ issued by the intending bidder’s banker, specifically for the purpose of this tender for an amount equal to more than the estimated cost. 5. AGM (Estate) concluded the meeting with vote of thanks. Please note: -

Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain unchanged. -
The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. -
