Two Part Tenders are invited by Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as “RBI”), Bengaluru from eligible bidders for supply of sufficient number of fully covered container trucks/vehicles having metallic body of sufficient thickness, preferably bullet / tamper proof with secure tamper proof double locking arrangement, enabled with Global Positioning System (GPS), CCTV and Hooter for transportation of banknotes packed in boxes and /or coins packed in bags for the period from July 01, 2026 to March 31, 2028. 2. The e-Tender notice along with the detailed tender document is available at MSTC website https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn and the website of the Bank at https://www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”. 3. All interested bidders must register themselves with MSTC through the above referred website to participate in the e-Tendering process. 4. The Estimated cost of the work is ₹2.00 Crore (approximately) per year; however, the actual amount may vary. 5. Only those who fulfil the qualification criteria are eligible to participate in this tender. The selected bidder/s shall provide sufficient number of fully covered GPS enabled container trucks/vehicles for transportation of bank notes for a period of twenty-One months i.e., from July 01, 2026 to March 31, 2028, which can be extended to a further period of one year, with/ without any variation in the terms and conditions, subject to satisfactory performance of the contractual terms and conditions. 6.
